Hi my name is Becka and I'm a Naturopathic practitioner, specialising in Functional medicine, herbal and holistic methods of treatment in London, surrounding areas and internationally via secure online conference calling.
As a naturopath and holistic practitioner, I aim to educate, support, and empower my clients to take responsibility for their own health, and help equip them to deal with the demands of the modern world.

In my previous life I worked in customer services and the hospitality sector in London, so part of my expertise is in managing stress and people.
I quit the 9-5 rat race and embarked on a 7 year educational binge following my passion for health and accomplishing a
PGDip Physiology and Anatomy,
BSc(Hon) Herbal Medicine
BSc(Hons) Applied Nutritional science.
Achieving all this while giving birth to 2 beautiful children close in age and moving to rural England,.
It was a major feat of commitment all whilst breast feeding, travelling to a London university, and I can only thank my wonderful partner for bringing my babies in between classes to nurse them. It wasn't easy....
So from that, I sat on my qualifications for a while, 3 years to be exact, just being a mother and having a well deserved break, and while all this was happening a great many number of friends and family seemed to be dropping like flies to the almost epidemic like disease of cancer and other chronic ill health conditions.
Through sadness, fear and sheer frustration it spurred me on to finally do something with the skills I had, and so I started Bio Mineral Balance to provide tailored naturopathic services while educating and guiding others to know that there were many choices in terms of treatment in addition to conventional. Both integrative and alternative methods are less toxic options to reverse many illnesses.
I also wanted to find out why this was happening, and how I could prevent this occurring in the first place and know whether it was down to our genes, our lifestyle, or both.
I also wanted to find out how I could help to manage the side effects of their conditions and medications and help to prevent any recurrence.
More and more I see the effect our lifestyle and routine has on people, and how disconnected we are from nature through mass media, a lack of independent research and a mind set that's dependent on a nanny state.
We have lost our path and we mostly

If one is blind to the consequences of not appreciating that our food supplies, air and water are in some regards toxic or deficient in the minerals needed to stay healthy then the likelihood of serious health conditions developing.
I connect this with everything from asthma, eczema and digestive complaints to serious chronic illness, depression and autism.
Most of the patients I see have been to other practitioners or doctors and exhausted all other options before they contact me.
I work closely with people who really value their health to get to the root cause of their problems and to support them in making positive, permanent lifestyle changes.
I work mostly by referral so I can end up seeing entire families or groups of friends, or seeing people through important life stages, such as pregnancy.
What I have valued the most on my path of knowledge through independent research, critique and analysis is that a great amount of what i was taught was to subdue the exact point of disease reversal through mis-information.

During my great re-awakening i have met and worked with a great many Doctors, scholers, lecturers and amazingly knowledgeable and well known awakened warriors in the field of medicine and health. This not only confirmed to me the injustices, deliberately hidden cures, enforced silence and corruption in the medical establishment but also has greatly imparted much of their wisdom and expertise on to me allowing me to utilise these skills and share the knowledge i've gained to others....
I believe knowledge is for sharing , it should never be held back selfishly, hidden and kept to ones self, instead we as healers should always follow the selfless path, passing the torch on so that others should gain.
There's nothing more rewarding than the gift of health and happiness when we are led to believe there is no hope.
I work mostly on a 1 to 1 programme basis with patients , across the UK and around the world through my own clinic and online, I often also do seminars, visit people at home, events, and webinars to get the majority of the unaware public educated and open about understanding the great many options available to combat the epidemic of modern ills, such as drugs, depression, anxiety, autoimmune conditions, heavy metal toxicity, biofilms, heart, joint and hormonal issues to name a few. It doesn't have to be a life sentence of pain, symptoms or medication.
We also provide the most bio-available, high quality professional grade nutrients and supplements not found on the high street, free from nasty fillers and preservatives and where possible only sourcing the best organic products to manage stress and optimising energy levels, weight management and prevention of chronic disease and complex conditions .

My future plans are to gain more skills and offer therapies using sound frequency healing, Rife and Oxygen therapy within the local community as well as learning more diagnostic skills such as iridology and to travel to Mexico to do some voluntary work at a world renowned cancer clinic, working with the best in the field to gain more skills to help others and looking forward to the birth of my new baby and being a new mother again armed with so much more knowledge of health then before.
For the business we plan to take it it to the next level by creating a one stop place for the community , incorporating state of the art holistic treatments as well as new innovative, non invasive diagnostic tools and healing devices to make chronic ill health, mental & physical deterioration a thing of the past, with the help of other like minded healers all coming together through referrals and networking to help educate and work towards allowing easy access to alternative help for the masses both rich and poor.
Leaving no one unable to have or make a choice in their own healing journey through lack of finance.
Donations and the creation of a community interest project will be the way in which we can do this and look forward to Bio Mineral Balances exciting future.

Hello everyone
I think its important at this time to tell you all about my journey and how Becca has helped me.
2 years ago I was diagnosed with grade 3 breast cancer I had the op and had 4 tumors removed. I then went through 6 months of intense Chemo which was awful and 6 wks of Radiotherapy ( I wasnt in touch with Becca at this point). I then went on a drug called Tamoxifen to push me through the Menopause because my Estrogen levels were high (so they say)
This in itself made me really poorly and last December I ended up in hospital and had to have my Gallbladder removed because of the Chemo.
Since January under the guidance of the marvellous Becca. I came of Tamoxifen and now have remedies of Becca.
I haven't felt this great in a good few years. Hot sweats are stopping energy levels have increased and my mind is very clear.
I cant thank Becca enough for all her advise and support through all of this.
I would never have Chemo again and will continue my journey with the guidance of Becca
